Property Maintenance Group offer a 24 hour telephone contact service for all our customers.
there are 3 levels of priorities for callouts: RED, AMBER & GREEN. Please see below for explanations of our priority system.
Each level has a callout response time to assess the problem and make a temporary repair where required, with a completion time for all works.
With our service we do not charge a premium on this service nor do we charge callout or travel expenses, you pay purely for the time we are on the job.
PRIORITY LEVEL RED
This level is used for extreme and immediate responses. for example.
The response time for this level is within 2 1/2 hours with work fully completed within 24 hours.
PRIORITY LEVEL AMBER
This level is used for urgent responses but not regarded as extreme or immediate.
The response time for this level is within 24 hours with work fully completed within 48 hours.
PRIORITY LEVEL GREEN
This level is used to represent call outs for non emergencies but is still treated with the highest importance to us.
The response time for this level is within 48 hours with work fully completed within 96 hours.
