£12.77 + VAT for the initial first Half Hour

£10.00 + VAT for each additional Half Hour.

Following the first half-hour, we invoice the time a tradesman spends on your jobs to the nearest quarter of an hour. Or for your convenience Property Maintenance Group can do set half-day and full-day rates.

£70 + VAT for a half-day service which covers you for 4 hours.

£140 + VATfor a full day service which give you our services for 8 hours.
