Yes, we are registered with the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) who monitor our standards of work.
We are also registered with the NICEIC under the Approved Contractor Scheme & Domestic Installer Scheme.

Do your charges include materials?
Our half-day and full-day service rates include every day consumables such as fuses, plugs etc. We provide other building materials at cost price. We also incorporate a 'you buy- we fit' policy which means you get to choose and buy items to suit your taste and budget and then the rest is simply down to us. Please feel free to contact us for more information regarding this service or any other enquiry.
How long will I have to wait for you to attend?
We arrange appointments to suit your needs as is reasonable, we try to put high priority jobs first but yet we still intend on getting to you within 48 hours of contact. All employees of Property Maintenance Group are in constant contact with the bookings department via electronic contact.
Are You Insured?
Most definitely YES! for your peace of mind we carry £2m of Public Liability Insurance.
Are you an emergency service?
Yes, we offer an emergency electrical & plumbing service along with general emergency repairs such as board ups etc.

What hours do you work?
Our customer services team operate from 08:00 - 18:00 and our workmen operate from 09:00 - 18:00 in general.
We appreciate that you may require work to be done in the evenings or even at night. If that is the case we will always try to accommodate you.
What size of job do you deal with?
We deal with any size job from the smallest of minor jobs to major renovation works.
Are you GAS SAFE registered and carry out work on gas appliances?
NO! although our handymen are highly skilled none carry a GAS SAFE license, therefore we cannot carry any work out involving gas, gas piping or gas appliances.
But please get in touch regarding any work involving gas servicing, repairs or installations both domestic and commercially as Property Maintenance Group can put you in touch with fully qualified GAS SAFE qualified gas engineers, who work closely with us.
Do you carry out work in offices and commercial premises & Industrial premises?
YES! we carry out work in Industrial premises, commercial premises, domestic premises, offices or an institutional environment. Contact us for your needs.
Is Property Maintenance Group able to do regular maintenace visits?
