Established in 2006 Property Maintenance Group continues to expand. On the strengh of our customer feedback and increased work demand we became a Ltd Company in 2007. The company is wholly owned by Property Maintenance (LEEDS) Ltd; trading as Property Maintenance Group.

It was always the ambition of the Director, Peter Allison to do what he enjoyed: hands on physical work, he spent many years as a "diy'er" and spent time working for an international care provider within its estate's department, it was then he realised he could provide this care and service to the whole public.

                                                     

It was in February 2009 that Peter Allison qualified to the NICEIC standards and became a Qualified Supervisor, meaning that Property Maintenance (Leeds) Ltd can now undertake all domestic electrical work.

In March 2009 we took hold of a 1000sq ft workshop to enable to provide a more efficient service to you, it now enables us to manafacture items that we previously would not have been able to undertake.

In October 2009 we succesfully under went further assesments with the NICEIC and had our membership status upgraded to the Approved Contractor Scheme, meaning we can now undertake Industrial, Commercial & Domestic works, including fire alarms, emergency lighting systems, periodic inspections etc.
