If at any point you were to have any drainage works done by Property Maintenance Group you can rest assured that it will be a job done with 100% satisfaction.

Before any work is carried out on:

• New installation of underground pipework
• Repair of underground pipework
• New installations or repairs to Soil Vent Pipes

We will do a CCTV inspection which will be recorded. Upon completion of the job we will once again do a thourough CCTV inspection to ensure everything is as it should be.

We do this as standard for every job for complete peace of mind and is not chargeable when done as part of a major works job.
